30% Spot Downpayment; 70% Balance over 12 months with PDC= 2.5% discount on downpayment.

3. DEFERRED CASH

100% Spread Equally Over 18 months @ 0% interest = 2.5% Discount on Total selling price.

4. EASY DP EQUITY

30% Downpayment Spread Over 18 months @ 0% interest;

70% Upon Completion; Spread Over 6 months or Balance can be financed by In-house, Pag-ibig or Bank Financing.
